Rachel is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 28 years of diverse healthcare experience, and the founder of Beacon Health Navigation, a Florida-based patient advocacy and care coordination service dedicated to supporting seniors and their families.

Living in Florida means many families are navigating complex healthcare needs — often from out of state. Rachel understands how overwhelming it can feel to coordinate appointments, understand treatment plans, manage medications, and communicate with multiple providers.

Through compassionate, non-clinical advocacy services, Rachel helps Florida seniors feel supported, organized, and empowered. She assists with medical appointment preparation and attendance, in home/drop in visits, medication organization support, medical provider communication, and ongoing care coordination.
