Rachel is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 28 years of diverse healthcare experience, and the founder of Beacon Health Navigation, a Florida-based patient advocacy and care coordination service dedicated to supporting seniors and their families.

Living in Florida means many families are navigating complex healthcare needs, often from out of state. Rachel and her team understands how overwhelming it can feel to coordinate appointments, understand treatment plans, manage medications, and communicate with multiple providers.

Through compassionate, non-clinical advocacy services, Rachel and her highly qualified team, helps Florida seniors feel supported, organized, and empowered. She assists with medical appointment preparation and attendance, in home/drop in visits, medication organization support, medical provider communication, and ongoing care coordination.
